Direct Deposit Forms

Get ready for setup.

If setting up Direct Deposit or Automatic Withdrawals, you will need the following:

• Institution Name: First City Credit Union
• ABA/Routing Number: 322078972
• Account Type: Checking or Savings
• Account Number: To get your Share Account’s MICR number, log on to your online banking, click on the Share Account, and then Account Details.
• Printable Version

Important: Be sure to fill out the forms accurately and completely, and please provide your First City account number, otherwise your employer and First City may not be able to fulfill your request. Forms must be the original "wet" signature forms, per LA County requirements. Completed forms can be returned to your employer or directly to First City by visiting a branch or mailing in the original form.
