Membership is as easy as 1, 2, or 3.
- You are an employee, retiree, or member of an eligible Los Angeles County Department, organization, or company.
- You are in the immediate family (spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents) or live in the household of a First City member.
- You live, work, worship, or go to school in one of our communities throughout Los Angeles County and parts of San Bernardino County.
When you refer a co-work, friend, or family member for First City membership, you both receive $25 once your connection submits a referral form.
