Why Rescue Raptors?
First City Credit Union is proud to support the San Dimas Raptor Rescue in partnership with Los Angeles County Parks and Recreation. Raptors—hawks, owls, and other birds of prey—are essential to maintaining healthy ecosystems across Los Angeles County. By helping rehabilitate injured and orphaned raptors, we protect local wildlife, preserve the natural beauty of our parks, and promote environmental education for future generations. Join us in making a difference for wildlife conservation and our community.
For every new member who joins First City between October 27 and December 31, 2025, we will:
- Make a donation to the Los Angeles County Parks Foundation with the proceeds split evenly between the San Dimas Raptor Rescue and Eaton Canyon Nature Center.
- The funds will be used to help rebuild the Eaton Canyon Nature Center, which was lost to the Eaton Fire, and to helping feed and care for amazing birds of prey in San Dimas!
