We believe banking should feel personal, empowering, and rooted in community. Founded in 1937 by a small group of dedicated Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Deputies and other LA County employees, our Credit Union was tasked with serving those who serve.  What started as a small cooperative has grown into one of the strongest credit unions in the country, with over $900 million in assets and more than 56,000 members.

Our mission is simple:  To empower our members' financial wellness via advice and advocacy. We’re proud to be member-owned and not-for-profit, which means every decision we make is about helping our members thrive—not maximizing profits.
