Branch Service Representative – West Covina Branch

The Branch Service Representative will respond to members requests for information on credit union products and services. This individual will receive members at teller station and process member transactions. Assists members with opening various credit union accounts as well as take in loan applications. Discloses and funds approved loans. Cross-sell credit union products and services. The successful candidate will have a minimum two years of experience as a teller, loan processor, or new accounts representative at a financial institution. Credit union and Symitar experience a plus. This individual will have excellent member service and sales skills.


IT Support Technician – Los Angeles
 

The Information Technology Support Technician will provide first level contact support to all credit union users, including simple hardware and software diagnostics and maintenance. This candidate will also evaluate and route user requests to appropriate resources within the department. In addition the Information Technology Support Technician will perform network administrative duties and assist with other department functions as needed.

Our successful candidate will have experience with IBM/RS/6000, personal computers, Cisco, ShoreTel, TCP/IP and Ethernet protocols. Software knowledge including: Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Applications. Experience with Cisco routers and switches, and credit union member database such as Symitar is highly desirable as well as professional written and verbal communication skills in English, accompanied with the ability to communicate with members and credit union staff using non-technical terms. Collections Manager – Los Angeles
 

The Collections Manager will manage the daily operations of the Collections Department. Ensures collection policies, procedures and department activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Monitors and manages delinquencies, charge-offs, and negative shares. Manages post charge-off recovery process. Ensures operational reviews and systems maintenance. Ensures documentary and underwriting reviews of consumer and real estate loan files.

The successful candidate must have four years of lending and collections experience. Minimum of two years management experience in a financial institution. Extensive knowledge of state and federal regulations governing collection, lending and financial institution laws. Two-year college degree or equivalent preferred. Professional written and verbal communication in English skills necessary. Please include salary history.


Business Development Representative – Los Angeles County
 

The Business Development Representative will coordinate and conduct business development activities to increase the penetration of branch communities and sponsor groups with quality, cost-effective, multiple-account member relationships.

The successful candidate will establish and maintain relationships with companies and organizations in close proximity to the credit union branches that are good prospects for credit union services. Respond to requests from sponsor groups and prospect companies/agencies for membership drives, sponsorships, giveaways, visitations, printed materials, etc. The Business Development Representative will conduct accurate transactions and provides general information on all credit union products and services in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner. Attends community events, branch events, sponsor events, educational seminars, charitable events, etc.

The ideal candidate will have a highly professional demeanor and appearance and knowledge of credit union products, services, procedures, policies, operations and promotions. Sales and/or business development experience in a commercial environment preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to speak effectively before large and small groups.
