Operations Supervisor - Palmdale Branch
The successful candidate will assist the AVP, Regional Manager in the efficient operation of our Palmdale branch. The successful candidate will oversee the operational functions of all branch areas including accounts, loans, and cash operations. This candidate will assume participation in the hiring, training, and developing of new staff. This individual will assist the AVP, Regional Manager in the development efforts in the community surrounding branch and will serve as a manager in the absence of the AVP, Regional Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in lending, cash operations and new accounts in a financial institution environment (credit union environment preferred). This individual will have a minimum of two years in a direct supervisory role. Excellent critical thinking skills, interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills necessary. Must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday.
