The AVP of Compliance will independently and objectively review and evaluate organizational compliance issues and concerns. This individual will advise management and staff of emerging compliance issues and guides the Credit Union in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks. The AVP will review credit union policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations applicable to the credit union.
The successful candidate must have three to five years of operations and lending experience. Minimum of three years management experience in a financial institution. Certified Compliance Officer Designation preferred. Minimum of two years experience with the Bank Secrecy Act and its regulatory requirements preferred. Two-year college degree or equivalent preferred. Please include salary history.
