FirstCitylink, First City's FREE Online Banking and Bill Payment service allows you to access your accounts and pay your bills online from your home or work, or when you travel - wherever you have access to the internet.

To register for Online Banking, click on the FirstCitylink "Sign-Up" on the home page of www.firstcitycu.org and follow the easy instructions.
View and Print-out Your Cleared Checks Online
Within FirstCitylink Online banking, you can view your cleared checks and print them out for your records. Simply click on the check number within the Account Access function, and the check will appear on your screen in seconds. Checks are only held on the system for a limited amount of time. First City's FREE Bill Payment service allows you to pay your bills electronically via www.firstcitycu.org, without having to write or mail checks. It allows you to pay anyone - from your mortgage lender to your gardener -- anytime, anywhere in the United States*. You can make one-time payments, or recurring payments (such as car payments or rent), and schedule them up to one year in advance.

How to Sign Up for Free Online Bill Payment
To use Bill Payment, you must have a First City Checking Account** and be signed up for FirstCitylink Online Banking service. Simply click on the Bill Payment icon within FirstCitylink, and follow the prompts. If you haven't yet signed-up for Online Banking, click on FirstCitylink "Sign Up" link at www.firstcitycu.org, and follow the easy instructions.

**First City Interest, Advantage, or Free Checking accounts must be in good standing to be eligible for Bill Payment. Check Builder accounts are not eligible.
Online Banking Security
Many consumers are concerned with the security of financial transactions on the internet. However, you should know that as long as you are performing transactions in a secured, encrypted environment, online banking is one of the safest ways to manage your accounts and pay your bills. You can be sure that all of the systems provided by First City are secured with multiple layers of encryption, firewalls, screening, filtering routers, intrusion detectors, authentication, and virus protection.
You need to do your part to protect your information online by following these important precautions:
- Never reveal your password to anyone, for any reason
- Change your password at least every six months
- Access your account online frequently, and report any discrepancies to your financial institution in a timely manner.
- Don't get "phished!" Never respond to unsolicited emails or phone call with personal information, such as account numbers, Social Security Number, passwords, or drivers license numbers.
